  • What are your opening hours?
    Staffed hours are Monday-Thursday 9-11am and 4-6pm. Plus Friday 9-11am. Members have access 24/7, 365 days a year!
  • What do I need to bring to use the gym?
    A towel, water bottle, suitable clothing and footwear.
  • Do I need to book for classes?
    No – just come along. Classes are held upstairs. If you can, come a few minutes early to get set up for the class, especially for classes with equipment like Pump.
  • Do I need to be at a certain fitness level to attend the classes?
    Not at all – our classes are all about coming as you are and improve as you go. We offer lower options and higher options to suit all fitness levels.
  • Is there an age limit?
    Starting age is 14 years and no limit after that. We have many clients well into their 80s.
  • What's the go with childcare?!
    We have child minding 9.30 -10.30am Tuesday and Friday mornings. Lots of toys and fun activities with Kristy upstairs.
  • I've never used the gym equipment before. Is someone going to be able to show me?
    Absolutely!! We will ask you what gym experience you have when you sign up and whether you have any needs (i.e. if you have injuries that might impact your experience), and we will take you through the gym equipment and design you a tailor made program. We are available for any questions and advice. Staffed hours are Monday-Thursday 9-11am and 4-6pm. Plus Friday 9-11am.
  • I would like to try the gym before I commit, is there a trial period available?
    We offer a 7 day free trial as a way for potential new members to get familiar with our staff and community, and to make sure our gym fits their needs. Do as many classes as you want and access the gym at anytime over 7 days. No obligation to join. This offer is strictly for Armidale residents. Thanks for your understanding with this.
  • I’m from out of town, can I do a casual visit?
    Yes, during our staffed hours. See here for our casual prices.
  • I don't want to join online, can I come in and sign up at the gym?
    Yes, come on in and get a tour of our facility and a feel for our community before you check out our range of membership options. You can sign up with one of our friendly team.
  • Help! I am going away for 5 weeks, can I pause my membership?
    Yes, we are able to pause any membership. Just get in touch with us before the date you need to pause it.
  • Is there a paid-in-full membership option instead of reoccurring payments?
    Yes we do, and you can choose from a 3, 6 or 12 month paid upfront and this option is very cost effective. Check out our Pricing page for your options.
